Warranty and Returns
Products of the MasterMiner brand
All products on the website www.masterminer.cz typically have a 2-year warranty for both regular consumers and companies.
Terms of Warranty:
The 2-year warranty applies from the actual date of shipment.
The warranty only applies to the original buyer who purchased the product directly from the MasterMiner company. After reselling the goods, the warranty becomes the responsibility of the original buyer.
This warranty does not apply to:
Consumer components, such as batteries, which are inherently prone to gradual wear and tear, unless there is a material or manufacturing defect;
Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic parts on ports, unless there is a material or manufacturing defect;
Faults caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise as a result of the natural aging of the product;
Pre-installed software, whose quality, performance, functionality, or compatibility with a specific purpose we do not guarantee. We do not guarantee that the software functions will meet specific requirements, or that the software operation will be flawless. Software that can be installed with the product is sold ‘as is’;
Damage or data loss caused by incompatibility with current and/or future versions of the operating system, software, and/or hardware.”
The following facts will void the warranty:
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, improper handling, or improper installation;
Damage or loss of the product caused by excessive physical or electrical pressure, including but not limited to moisture, corrosive environments, high voltage spikes, extreme temperatures, shipping, or abnormal working conditions;
The customer removes or replaces any components without prior permission from the MasterMiner company;
Visibly burned areas on any parts or components;
Damage to parts/boards/components caused by immersion in water or corrosion caused by a humid environment;
Overclocking or other hardware modifications, BIOS settings, or software;
Removal or damage of any warranty labels, such as the motherboard, graphics card, etc.;
Obvious signs of physical misuse, such as falling from a height, excessive force when removing the graphics card from slots, etc.
For all repairs or claims, regardless of whether they fall under the warranty, the customer must return the faulty parts at their own expense after contacting the MasterMiner company at the email address [info@masterminer.cz](mailto:info@masterminer.cz). In some cases, MasterMiner may accept photographic evidence to confirm the problem, but this is solely at the discretion of the MasterMiner company.”
MasterMiner will cover shipping costs for replacement systems or components within the warranty period.
MasterMiner is not responsible for and will not compensate for any loss resulting from disruptions caused by delays in transportation during shipping.
Systems with graphics cards and ASIC devices purchased from MasterMiner are covered by the respective warranties of the manufacturers. For details on warranty conditions and coverage, please refer to the manufacturers’ websites.
Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided above and to the extent permitted by law, MasterMiner s.r.o. is not responsible for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from breach of warranty or condition or any other theory of liability, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of earnings; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits from a contract); loss of use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill or reputation; loss, damage, risk, or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to the cost of replacing equipment and property, repair costs, programming or reproduction costs of any program or data stored in the MasterMiner product.
Withdrawal from Contract
As a consumer, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days, if you have purchased it remotely, through the e-shop www.masterminer.cz.
If you would like to return the goods, you must return it in an undamaged, unaltered, and without signs of use. You should try and inspect the goods as you would in a regular brick-and-mortar store.

How can you withdraw from the contract?
- Write to our corporate email info@masterminer.cz regarding your request to withdraw from the purchase agreement and state which order and goods it concerns.
- You can send the carefully packed goods back to us via a courier service, or you can bring it to our branch on weekdays; Dyjská 845/4, 196 00, Praha 9 – Čakovice.
When and How to return the goods
When returning the goods after withdrawing from the contract, you must do so without unnecessary delay, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal date. You will return the goods at your own expense, which will not be refunded. The goods should be undamaged, unused, and clean, including all accessories that you received. If possible, the goods should be returned in the original packaging.
What if you return the goods damaged, scratched, or otherwise worn?
If you return the goods damaged, scratched, or with other signs of wear, we may reduce the purchase price of the goods by an amount that corresponds to such wear. In such cases, the amount of damage will be calculated, which will be deducted from your returned purchase price.
How will we return your money?
The money will be returned to you within 14 days from the withdrawal date by the same method as the payment was made. However, we must first receive the goods you have returned and check that they are not damaged. You also have the right to a refund of the money spent on delivering the goods when ordering.
In the event of cash collection from you, we will require you to present an identification document (e.g., an ID card or passport) to prevent damage and to prevent the legalization of income from criminal activity. If you do not present such a document, we may refuse to pay you the financial funds.
