    • Personal Data Manager MasterMiner s.r.o., with its address at Dyjská 845/4, Čakovice, 196 00 Praha 9 (hereinafter referred to as the “controller”), states that all personal data processed by the controller are strictly confidential. The controller handles personal data in accordance with domestic legal regulations and the regulations of the European Union in the field of personal data protection.
    • The manager collects, stores, and uses your personal data in the sense of the law no. 110/2019 on personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the “law on personal data processing”), as well as the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/ES (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR Regulation”). The individual purposes for which the controller processes personal data are further specified.
    • The manager collects these personal data through its website at <https://masterminer.cz/shop> (hereinafter referred to as the “website”).
    • The manager issues these principles in order to inform you about what personal data the controller processes, for what purpose, for how long, who will have access to your personal data, and what rights you have. These principles apply to all personal data collected by the controller, whether collected for the purpose of fulfilling a contractual relationship, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest, or given consent.

  • The individual purposes for processing personal data are as follows:
    • Fulfillment of contractual relationship: This refers to the relationship between you and the controller, established on the basis of an order, registration, a signed contract, participation in a competition, etc.;
    • Sending of business communications and product offers: This refers to the sending of business offers via email, SMS, or phone calls.;
    • Accounting and tax purposes: This refers to accounting records as required by accounting and tax legislation.;
    • Payroll and personnel management: This includes the signing of employment contracts, processing of salaries, and handling of social and health insurance as per the Labor Code, Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Act No. 582/1991 Coll. on the organization and implementation of social security, Act No. 48/1997 Coll. on public health insurance, and related laws.;
    • Statistical purposes: This involves anonymous tracking of website visits and page views, the time spent on the website, and the type of device used to access the website. We collect this data to improve our services and provide relevant content to our clients.;
    • Displaying ads: This refers to displaying ads on internet pages based on statistically determined customer preferences.;
    • Legitimate interest: This includes the effective defense in case of a dispute; the data processing period in this case is 4 years after the warranty period on the goods has expired, and it can be extended for the duration of the dispute. Prevention of fraud: This includes risk assessment before concluding a contract. Direct marketing: This includes offering relevant services to existing customers. Intra-group data sharing: This is for internal administrative purposes. Reporting criminal offenses: This includes providing personal data to the relevant authorities. Ensuring network and information security. This list is not exhaustive.;
    • Fulfilling other legal obligations includes providing information to authorities involved in criminal proceedings, providing information to other public authorities, and similar.
  • We process your personal data for the time necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from mutual legal transactions, at least for the duration of order processing, transaction execution, service provision, etc. Furthermore, we retain personal data for the period required by applicable legal regulations or for the duration for which you have granted consent to the manager. Otherwise, the processing period depends on the purpose for which the personal data is processed or is determined by legal provisions.
  • Personal data is processed by the manager both manually and automatically. The manager is authorized to process certain information automatically, such as creating statistical information about the visitation of its websites.

        • The right to obtain from the controller a confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed, and, if so, access to the personal data and information about the processing. (Article 15 of the GDPR);
        • The right to object to the processing of your personal data, including the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. (Article 21 of the GDPR);
        • The right to data portability, which includes the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit that data to another controller. (Article 20 of the GDPR);
        • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which includes the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority if you believe that the controller has violated the GDPR. (Article 77 of the GDPR);
        • The right to withdraw your consent, which includes the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. (Article 7 of the GDPR)
